Several screening confirmatory tests are available detect SARS-CoV-2. Screening such as Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) can identify high-risk populations. RAT reduces dependence on RT-PCR, where cost kit technical expertise major concern. Precise sensitive molecular technique that quantitatively detects viral RNA from clinical specimens. showed lower sensitivity than both symptomatic (single or multiple symptoms) asymptomatic infections.
